Mike Swain serves as secretary treasurer to the SCCF. Mr. Swaim is the president of Swain, Brown Eliot P.A. He has served as a board member on various organizations, including the Spartanburg Lions Club, Mobile Meals and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Swaim is a graduate of Mars Hill College where he currently serves as a Trustee. He and his wife, Frances, reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina. |

Gregory "Caz" McCaslin serves as a Trustee to the SCCF. After serving on the staff of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg for 10 years as the Recreation Minister, he resigned his position and founded Upward Unlimited, Inc. - a non-profit evangelistic youth sports ministry. Mr. McCaslin is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and he and his wife, Leslie, reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina. |

Bob Caldwell, Sr. serves as the Chairman of the Board to the SCCF. Mr. Calwell is the president of Grace Management Group, and is a graduate of the Citadel. He and his wife, Sylvia, reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina. |

Arthur McQueen serves as the Legal Counsel to the SCCF. Mr. McQueen is the president of McQueen Law Firm, P.C. He is a member of the North Spartanburg Rotary Club and legal consultant and country coordinator for Mission Carolina. He is a graduate of the USC School of Law, and received his Master's degree in Tax from Emory University. Mr. McQueen and his wife, Jayne, reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina. |

Hugh Brantley serves as the President to the SCCF. After service 36 years at First Federal Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, he retired and became the President of SCCF. Mr. Brantley is a graduate of Furman University, and he and his wife, the Rev. Dr. Claudia Brantley, reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina. |

Robert A. (Bobby) Dobson, III is a native of Greenville and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is an attorney and CPA, and practiced tax law for 30 years in Greenville, before retiring to do Christian volunteer work in 1993. He is President of Dobson Ministries, which was founded by his father in 1979 when Elder Source Senior Ministries was begun. Mr. Dobson is heavily involved with Campus Crusade for Christ as a supporter and advisor, and was instrumental in raising the funding for the Jesus Video Project of South Carolina. He currently serves on the Board of Commissioners for the SC School for the Deaf and Blind, the Walker Foundation, and the King's College. He has served as Chairman of Limestone College, School Ministries, Homeless Children International, and has founded Christian service programs for students at the University of South Carolina and Limestone College.
